A friend of mine actually turned me on to this gentleman. His music is fantastic. He recently added on some band members so that he would be able to play live shows. Currently he is unsigned. I personally believe, as a band, he has a huge market available for him. His music could most certainly be used in television as some sort of sitcom intro or something you would see in "The Hills" as background music. On top of which, his club appearances definitely have potential I'm sure if he added some sort of dark stage act to it (I, however, have never seen him live).
Scenester kids, especially in places like Miami and NYC really seem to be getting back into this electro-type of music; almost a new-age version of old school 80's electro. His music is appealing in that it still has that 80's electro sound, however it moves to a darker side of it. It provides a happy medium for those who may not really dig that type of sound and it's definitely unique in its own right. What makes him the package is his day-job; he work(s)/(ed) at a funeral home. That little tid bit adds to the gothic nature of his music.
Anyhow, if you like mellow electro and dig all the new-age stuff they have been playing in Miami scenester clubs, you will definitely dig this. Check out his myspace profile (click blog title link) and listen to what he has posted; keep yourself updated though because he changes out his music with some frequency. I recommend the song Galaxies.
